Joulu tuli ja meni. Blogin radiohiljaisuus jatkunee vielä tovin. Selvennän tilannetta sitten myöhemmin hieman tarkemmin mutta juuri nyt ei ole kovin paljon muuta sanottavaa kuin - universumilla on oma tahto ja minulla aivan liian vähän tunteja vuorokaudessa :)

Joulua päästiin sentään jotenkuten viettämään. Tässä Tapaninpäivän Joululounas äitillä.

Mitäs olen sitten puuhannut tämän ehkä vuoden parhaimman askartelu ja DIY-puuhastelu kauden? No tuota, olen kuvannut turhia tavaroita, kirjoittanut jokaisesta turhasta tavarasta kuvauksen ja miettinyt myyntihintaa näille ihanuuksille. Kuvia otin noin keskimäärin 6-8 jokaisesta tavarasta ja kun noita turhia juttuja on nyt kuvattu aika tarkalleen 200. Niin olen käynyt läpi noin 1200-1600 kuvaa ja käsitellyt osan ottamistani kuvista.

Olen sentään saanut laitettua osasta turhakkeista jo ilmoituksia fb:n erilaisiin myynti- ja kierrätysryhmiin mutta hommahan jatkuu vielä tovin. Joten saan toistaiseksi vain haaveilla askarteluprojekteista.

Blog's Radio Silence

So the Christmas came and now it's already gone. Blog's radio silence shall continue at least a while yet. I will explain deeper  of this radio silence in my futher posts. Rightnow I don't have much to say - only that Universe has it's own will and I have less hours in a day that I have needed to be.

It was a little miracle that we had some sort of Christmas this year. Here is one part of our Christmas lunch. If there isn't these - simply there is no Christmas! :) This is from my Mom's house.

So you probably are wondering what the heck I have been doing during this perhaps the best crafting period of the year. Well nothing much and still awfully lot.

I have taken photos of almost all of my unnecessary things, which have capture all my free space of my closets and my flat! I've took between 1200 to 1600 photos of my app. 200 items. So all the radio silence time  I have been modifying the photos and trying to write some fab selling arguments for the selling adds to some fb selling and recycling groups.

 So this project will continue for a while. This has been really eye opening thing for me. It is really wonderful feeling to get rid of some or all of the unnecessary things. Maybe You should also give it a try? :)

I visited at Hietaniemi Cemetery at Christmas Eve. It was snowing heavily and still it was so worth it. I lighted few candles for my Dearest grandparents.

Joulutunnelmaa! Christmas ambianse!

Halusin lisätä Pin it- nappulan blogini kuviin ja googletin asiaa. Oli muuten hippasen hankalaa löytää oikeat hakusanat! Mutta löysin mahtavat ohjeet täältä ja täältä , tämä BloggerSentral on ihan huippu.

Mielestäni Pin it -nappulan laittaminen blogiin oli helppoa, tosin nykyään muutokset tehdään Malli- kohdasta ja klikataan kohtaa muokkaa html-koodia. Avautuvasta ikkunasta valitaan sitten muokkaa mallia ja etsitään oikea rivi, eli etsitään vasemmasta reunasta sanaa . Minulla se oli rivillä 1986. Vaihdoin nappulan sijainniksi oikean yläreunan.

Omassa koodiruudussani koodinpätkä oli joko punaisella tai mustalla, joten piti itse etsiä ja löytää kohta missä oli määriteltynä tuo nappulan sijainti. Se löytyi helposti. Jos vaihdat sijaintia muista säilyttää kaikki merkit kuten nämä " "eli vaihdat vain center sanan tilalle sen sijainnin minkä siihen haluat. Itse valitsin siis topright. 

Joku päivä kokeilen vielä muuttaa Pin it -nappulan ulkoasua mutta sen ehtii myöhemminkin.

1. Lue ohjeet ensin täältä englanniksi 

2.Kopioi koodi (Koodi lainattu täältä )

3. Malli ja muokkaa html-koodia
4. Muokkaa mallia
5. Etsi sana body
6. Liitä body sanan yläpuolelle kopioimasi koodinpätkä, tee enterillä tilaa, jos sitä ei ole
7. Jos Pin it -nappula saa ilmestyä kuviesi keskelle, voit lopettaa tähän, eli muista tallentaa

 8. Jos haluat muuttaa pin it nappulan sijaintia, etsi kopioimasi koodin 4:ltä riviltä sana center ja vaihda se haluamaasi sijaintiin. Itse vaihdoin sijainniksi topright. Vaihtoehdot ovat:

downleft

downright

 Muista laittaa sijainti-sana "" väliin.

9. Jos olet tyytyväinen nykyiseen Pin it-nappulan ulkoasuun (Iso punainen P) tallenna ulkoasumalli.

10. Jos haluat vaihtaa nappulan ulkoasua, löydät erilaisia ilmaisia malleja täältä.

How to add the Pin it hover button for Blogspot

I wanted to add Pin it hover button to my blog's pictures. I spend some good moments trying to find right kind of words for the search. That time I didn't know that the right kind of expression in English were hover button. :)

I think it was really easy to get the Pin it hover button to my blog. I found some brilliants instructions, this one is in Finnish and here is some in English and BloggerSentral is just awesome!

If you want also this Pin it hover button to your blog, you'll going to need to make just a tiny bit change of the code of you blogspots template.

What is worth or not to mention, when I was making these changes and I was modifying the  template, the code's text colour were red and black, no green anywhere. That's why I wrote if you want to change the location of the hover, you will find the right spot at the row 4. 

Some day I will try to change the template of the Pin it hover.

1. First read the instructions here or here 

2.Copy the code (The code is borrowed here )

3. Template and edit html code
4. Edit Template
5. Find the word body. Mine was beginning of the row 1986.
6. Attach above the body the code you just copied. You could press enter to make some room for the code. 
7. If it's okay that the Pin it hover appear to the center of your pictures, you've done and you could just end these changes simply by saving the changes. 

 8. If you wanted to change the location of the Pin it hover, find the word center on the row 4th and just change it whatever location you'll like. I choosed topright for the new location of the hover. You could choose between: 

topleft

topright

downleft

downright

Remember replace the location word between these ones "" .

9. If you are happy Pin it hover button's template, just save the template and have nice time to "pinning" all your photos.

10. If you want to change template of the hover button, you'll find some free templates here.

Löysin tämän tekemäni lohikäärmeen käydessäni läpi tavaroitani. Ihana muisto. Tein tämän pikkusiskolleni joitakin vuosia sitten. Aika raju se kyllä on mutta tehty rakkaudella.

Ooh, I found this dargon, which I've made several years ago to my little sister. It was stucked in a "memory box". I was so happy when I found it. Wonderful. Loveable&dear memory. It is maybe quite fierce but made with love. 

Harrastin aiemmin grafiikkaa ja innostuin myös metalligrafiikasta ja puupiirroksesta. Tämä lohikäärme on kaiverrettu linoleumiin ja painamisen jälkeen olen lisännyt väriä maalaamalla. Kuva toteutettu siis sekatekniikalla.

Some years ago one of my hobbies were graphic arts and I fell in love to the metal graphic techniques and woodcut drawings. This dragon is carved to the linoleum and after printed it I painted some colour to it. So this picture is made with mixed/composite technique.

Tässä myös metalligrafiikka levyni, joista en ole vielä kertaakaan tehnyt vedosta. Tämäkin on tehty ajatellen pikkusiskoani, joka tuolloin oli täysin lohikäärmeiden lumoissa.

Here is my metal graphic plate. Unfortunately I haven't made any drafts of it. This one also were ("carved") drewed and etched (with thoughts filled love) for my little sister. She was so into dragons in that time.

Kun ulkona on nyt pimeää ja märkää, olisi niin ihanaa luoda jotakin värikästä ja iloista. Yritän ehtiä. Tämä kauhea kiire on kamalan kuluttavaa ja oikeasti ihan itseaiheutettua. Olisi varmaa hyvä hetkeksi pysähtyä ja priorisoida. Tehdä oikeasti sellaisia asioita, jotka antavat voimaa arjen pyörittämiseen ja jaksamiseen. Miksi se on sitten niin vaikeaa? Minulle on vaikeaa ajatella minä ensin ja sitten muut vaikka syvällä sisimmässäni tiedän kyllä, että jos ajattelisin itseäni ensin ja toimisin sen mukaan, antaisin enemmän muille, olisin enemmän täynnä positiivista energiaa ja siten huokuisin hyvää fiilistä niin kotona kuin töissä.

The weather is so dark and moist rightnow, it would be nice to create something colourful and joyful. I'll try to make some. This utterly ongoing rush is so exhausting and honestly selfmade. It would be certainly good for me and to the others around me, that I just stop the hassle and prioritize.  When you do things which gives you a little boost and little more innerpower to cope and multitasks your everyday life . So why prioritizing and taking time to oneself is so hard to do? For me it's hard to put myself and my needs first when I've always lived my life thinking that everybody else comes first and my needs are secondary. Yet I know in my heart that if I start to making things and living my life thinking myself first, I'm going to be happier and when I'm happy I surerly spred the good vibes and energy to my invironment. And then everybody is happier than before, right?

Opettelen siis olemaan kiltti ja mukava myös itselleni ja näihin sanoihin onkin hyvä tällä kertaa lopetella. Menen nyt keittämään kahvit ja olemaan hetken ihan itsekseni omien ajatusteni kanssa ja sen jälkeen sanoista tekoihin!

So I made a promise to myself. I'm going to learn how to be more kind and nicer towards myself and I'll just learn how to be present at this very moment.
